  • Turn around time 3~5 days. 
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fee if order is less than 10 pagers. For the domestic, shipping fee will be charged for $12.00/shipment. Pager will be shipped via Canada Post regular Parcel. For the USA or international shipping,  we will charge it based on Canada Post rate.
  • JYW will prepay the shipping fee if order is more than 10 pagers (including 10 units)
  • JYW  reserves the right to deem the pager is  N.E.R (Not economically repairable) or D.B.R (Damaged beyond repairable)
  • JYW also provides the service of replacing DRB or N.E.R pagers.
